Mears awarded 10-year deal with Rooftop Housing Group

Mears Group has been awarded a 10-year partnership with Rooftop Housing Group for the delivery of responsive repairs, void refurbishment, planned works and compliance services to over 7,000 homes across South Worcestershire and North Gloucestershire.

The contract, which commenced this month, will focus on delivering high-quality, responsive, and customer-focused services, ensuring that homes are safe, well maintained and fit for the future. Playing an active role throughout the procurement and mobilisation phase, residents were instrumental in helping shape service priorities and influencing the decision-making process.
