Arsenal re-signs Atlas

Arsenal has renewed its cleaning contract with Atlas for a further five years.

The facilities management provider has been working with Arsenal since 2017. The contract covers the delivery of cleaning services at the Emirates Stadium, Highbury House, London Colney, and Hale End.

Atlas says its “proactive culture of continuous improvement” enhances the fan and visitor experience through excellence in cleaning standards and customer service. This has been achieved with a 100 per cent directly employed and dedicated team, along with investment in highly productive equipment, electric vehicles and chemical free cleaning, which has improved post event recovery times, optimised the use of energy and water, and reduced cost.

Atlas also works with the Arsenal Foundation and Arsenal in the Community to recruit local residents and run volunteering programmes with The Holloway Neighbourhood Group.

Chris Wisely, Group Managing Director of Atlas said: “We are delighted to have renewed our contract with Arsenal. We are proud of our collaborative partnership and look forward to further enhancing the visitor experience and adding value across all parts of this prestigious club.”

Metro Rod Drainage and Plumbing Survey

Planned, proactive maintenance is a keystone of every FM strategy. However, with current cost constraints, there are many demands on Facilities Managers’ maintenance budgets. When it comes to drainage and plumbing, however, the expense of repairing blockages or dealing with flooding could vastly exceed the cost of preventative maintenance.

Given your role as an FM Professional, we would love to hear your views, challenges & experiences, and opinions on drainage & plumbing within the workplace.

The survey will take just five minutes to complete and offers the chance to win an Amazon Gift Card Worth £100.
