ISO 9001 is a global business certification that recognises excellence in quality management, a customer-centric business model and strategic leadership. Certification is awarded after thorough scrutiny from ISO auditors.
After a rigorous certification procedure, totality services was awarded the standard on 21st June 2021 after demonstrating outstanding performance in all of ISO 9001’s major categories.
totality services was founded in 2008 by Co-founders Luis Navarro and Pedro Martins. The company boasts a number of high-profile clients in London, and offers a wide range of SME IT services, from day-to-day support to security consultations and cloud migrations.
