Bennett Hay grows operations team

The independent hospitality services provider has increased its operations team with two new hires.

Rossy Shateva and Richard Price join Bennett Hay as the organisation strengthens its position with a series of new contract wins and extensions in reception services and workplace hospitality.

Shateva joins the business from Rapport Guest Services having also worked at luxe hospitality brands including Rhubarb Food and The Ivy Collection. She will oversee Bennett Hay’s growing reception services business; managing and developing the team and service propositions for clients and sites including Boston Consulting Group, The Gherkin, 8 Bishopsgate, The Leadenhall Building and Here East.

Richard Price too has significant experience in 5* guest service delivery and joins from St James Facilities Services. He will focus on Bennett Hay’s partnership with GPE and its London portfolio of exceptional fully managed and ready to fit spaces. In addition to providing a world-class welcome and concierge style services, Price is also tasked with curating a programme across GPE’s locations that will encourage and engage its customers and visitors.
