Deborah Parsons, CEO & Sustainability & Outreach Director at Better Green Living, commented: “Refurbishment is an inherently sustainable approach to property development, as it improves existing spaces, rather than building from the ground up. This aligns with Better Green Living’s values as a zero waste to landfill company. Our method for refurbishment focuses on delivering high-quality updates that meet modern standards, while reusing materials wherever possible. We hope our work at Edgbaston Park Hotel will give the building a new lease of life, ready to receive guests at the start of August.”
