infinitSpace launches first German flexible workspace location

Flexible workspace creator infinitSpace has entered into a management agreement with leading Central European investor Peter Korbačka to launch its first German flexible workspace location in Berlin’s new Quartier Heidestrasse development.

The Quartier Heidestrasse development is a new mixed-use complex in Berlin’s Europacity project area, a modern and innovative urban district. The development boasts excellent transport links, with Europacity having direct links to the city’s main train station.

Spanning almost 4,500 square metres and facilitating 700 work stations, the workspace will be situated in Quartier Heidestrasse’s ‘Straight’ building. It is a six-storey building containing a mixture of residential and office space, with additional facilities, including a rooftop bar and a cafe. infinitSpace will operate the street-facing section of the building.

infinitSpace will design the new flexible workspace and equip it with cutting-edge technology, including a branded app to connect flexible workspace members, businesses, and residents across the development as well as across infinitSpace’s global network. The workspace provider will also be responsible for marketing the space, managing memberships and overseeing the ongoing operation of the site.

infinitSpace will launch the flexible workspace in Berlin under the ‘beyond’ brand as ‘beyond Quartier Heidestrasse’ in November 2024, marking the company’s sixth ‘beyond’ location in Europe.

Wybo Wijnbergen, CEO and Co-founder of infinitSpace said: “Quartier Heidestrasse in Europacity is everything an urban centre should be – innovative, attractive and built for facilitating human connection. So, a beyond location is the perfect fit for the development.

“Moving into another of Europe’s most dynamic and successful business hubs is a hugely exciting step for infinitSpace and the beyond brand as we establish ourselves in the German flexspace market. We’re thrilled to be working with renowned investor Peter Korbačka on bringing this trailblazing project to life.”

FM Tech Survey 2024

Service Works Global (SWG) is conducting research in partnership with FMJ, to find out how you are using technology in your role through a short survey.

Whatever your FM role, your responses will help to provide analysis and insight into the use of technology, as the FM industry rises to meet the challenges of sustainability, new ways of working and data-driven decision making. This will enable FMs to gain insight into future trends to stay ahead of the curve, and be able to benchmark against the industry as a whole.

The anonymised results will be published so that you can see how you compare to others within the sector.

The survey should take just 5-10 minutes of your time, and as a thank you, participants will be entered into a prize draw where one lucky winner will be picked at random to receive an iPad 10th Generation worth £499.
