Jaguar bolsters its London portfolio with new contract win

Jaguar Building Services has secured a new contract, welcoming The Post Building to its growing portfolio on behalf of Savills.

Located in WC1, The Post Building is a landmark mixed-use redevelopment of a former 1960s Royal Mail sorting office. The scheme delivers approximately 44,000m² of high-quality space, centred around 11 floors of modern office accommodation, complemented by a landscaped roof terrace.

Commenting on the new contract award, Business Unit Director, Tom Amos said: “We’re proud to be partnering with Savills at such an iconic and high-profile building. With mobilisation nearing completion, this is a fantastic opportunity for Jaguar to showcase our technical expertise within a truly unique environment. Working alongside Savills, we look forward to delivering a first-class service that supports both the management team and occupiers.”

FMJ and Watco Webinar: Meeting compliance in a new culture of accountability

From January 2026, the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) formally separated from the Health and Safety Executive (HSE). Created under the Building Safety Act 2022 in response to the Grenfell Tower tragedy, the BSR is designed to raise safety standards across the built environment and introduce a stronger culture of accountability, transparency, and proactive risk management.

This shift places facilities managers in a more strategic safety assurance role – far beyond routine maintenance.

FMJ and Watco are hosting a webinar on 22 April at 11:00am to explore what this new regulatory landscape means for FMs. To register for the webinar click here.
