With the recent release of BS 7671:2022+A4:2026 (Amendment 4), the industry standards for safety and installation have shifted once again. Amendment 4 introduces critical updates to the IET Wiring Regulations, a new chapter on stationary secondary batteries, a new section on functional earthing and functional equipotential bonding for information and communication technology (ICT) systems. A section on power over ethernet (PoE), and major revision of Section 710 Medical Locations.
