Tendra expands service capability with acquisition of Dynamic FM

Tendra Technical Services is marking another milestone in its growth journey having acquired technical services and maintenance provider, Dynamic FM Ltd.

Headquartered in the North-West of England, Dynamic FM delivers mechanical and engineering works and facilities management contracts across public, private, and commercial sectors, including education, healthcare, local government, industrial, transport, and utilities.

In acquiring Dynamic FM, Tendra will expand its market presence in the North, while further enhancing its offering for customers through a fully integrated solution, spanning installation, compliance, planned maintenance, reactive support, and specialist technical services.

Greg Davies, CEO of Tendra, stated: “Dynamic FM is a natural fit for Tendra and represents exactly the type of high-quality regional technical services business the group is being built around.

“Aside from strengthening our geographical presence, Dynamic FM adds complementary capabilities in mechanical, electrical, facilities management, and fire and security, while also bringing a strong base of loyal, long-term customer relationships.”

Mick Fraser, Managing Director of Dynamic FM Ltd, commented: “Joining Tendra marks an exciting new chapter for Dynamic FM. Our focus has always been on delivering exceptional service, building long-term customer relationships and creating opportunities for our people. Tendra shares those values, along with our ambition for continued growth, making this a natural fit for both businesses.

“Becoming part of the wider group will allow us to build on our strong foundations, broaden our service offering and unlock new opportunities for our customers, colleagues, and partners. I’m incredibly proud of what our team has achieved, and we’re now looking forward to playing an important role in Tendra’s continued growth and success.”

Backed by the Triton Smaller Mid-Cap Fund II (Triton), this acquisition comes just four months after Tendra completed the acquisitions of COAT Facilities Group, Fletchers Engineering, and The James Mercer Group, where the addition of Dynamic FM will drive increased opportunity for collaboration, cross-sell, and organic growth.
