The Workplace Technology Group formalises parent company structure

The Workplace Technology Group has formalised its parent company structure, bringing its specialist divisions into closer alignment to support continued growth across the world.

The move, says The Workplace Technology Group, will strengthen coordination between its five operating companies while maintaining the leadership of each Managing Director. The structure creates a single, integrated delivery model for organisations seeking multi-technology workplace, infrastructure and data centre solutions across multiple regions.

The Workplace Technology Group now operates through five specialist divisions:

• The Cabling Group – Managing Director: Graham Smith

• The Audio Visual Group – Managing Director: Jamie Herrmann

• The Security Group – Managing Director: James Kingsley

• The Data Centre Group – Managing Director: Dean Moore

• The Networking Group – Managing Director: TBA

Garry Elms, CEO of The Workplace Technology Group said: “Our business has grown significantly in recent years, with projects delivered in more than 20 countries and operations established in Ireland, the Netherlands, Norway, KSA and the UAE. The market has shifted and so must we. The requirement for technology deployment across the world and the demand for our quality and service has seen us operate as a truly global organisation. The structure we announce today brings our divisions together under a clear framework, ensuring we deliver a consistent, high-quality service across every aspect of our business.”

The structure strengthens the Group’s ability to deliver integrated services across Passive IT Infrastructure, Audio Visual, Physical Security, Active Networking and Data Centre solutions – enabling clients to work with one coordinated partner.

Elms added: “As organisations look for global consistency across their real estate and technology portfolios, our integrated platform ensures shared standards, unified governance and specialist expertise on every project.”
