VINCI Facilities extends Cancer Research UK contract

A five-year contract extension valued at £10 million has been confirmed between VINCI Facilities and Cancer Research UK (CRUK) for the delivery of hard FM services across circa 600 locations across the CRUK estate.

CRUK and VINCI Facilities have worked together since 2013 and have established a strong partnership and culture. This is underlined by the VINCI Facilities team’s emphasis on consistency, responsiveness, providing meaningful social value and sustainability.

Building on the relationship and applying its latest digital systems, the VINCI Facilities team will continue to deliver planned and reactive mechanical, electrical and fabric maintenance, alongside some minor works, to high street stores, retail park superstores and warehouses.

This allows us to embed technology on site, which in turn helps us to self-deliver more efficiently, reduce our carbon footprint and add value. When we have such a strong relationship with a customer it allows us to go further, explore new ideas and make a tangible difference. Our 10-year relationship with CRUK has afforded us the opportunity to do exactly that.”
