Moneypenny launches concierge support via video for Vpod

Leading outsourced communication provider Moneypenny has joined forces with visitor management system Vpod to offer dedicated video front-of-house and concierge support for the first time.

Moneypenny’s video-based support will be added to Vpod’s Vgreet product; a virtual reception that offers a contactless check in, reduces congestion in front of house and reduces visitor management costs. Vgreet delivers functions such as pre-registration, visitor identification, wayfinding and thermal imaging, all of which support the ‘new normal’ workplace.

With the support of Moneypenny receptionists, Vgreet customers can now provide kiosk users with easy access to extra help and support via video at check-in, as part of a seamless hybrid solution.

Jess Pritchard, Head of the Corporate Sector at Moneypenny said: “By making our receptionists accessible via video for the first time, we’re helping Vgreet to offer a cost-effective and efficient human response when it’s needed most and make the process from check-in to host arrival as frictionless as possible.

“The solution is designed to complement a front of house team or receptionist but could work stand-alone where budget is limited. Times are changing and this collaboration delivers efficiencies and safety –  both of which are high priorities for most businesses right now. This is a very exciting innovation and we’re delighted to work with a best in class partner that shares our passion for improving customer care via technology and exceptional people.”

Vgreet is a modern digital solution for a traditional reception service and satisfies the huge appetite from FMs, building owners, landlords and business owners to improve visitor management and keep people safe.

Sam Farrant, Managing Director of Vpod said: “Moneypenny is a dynamic company renowned for delivering innovative and excellent customer service so they’re a great fit with Vpod and everything we stand for. Together we can now give Vgreet customers access to another important, easy to set up and cost-effective feature – which supports our ultimate goal of creating unique customer and visitor experiences. We’re excited to see where this partnership takes us.”

Moneypenny’s video support is now available to all Vgreet customers.  To find out more visit: www.moneypenny.com/uk/visitor-management/
